Recently, I had the pleasure of watching Prince Bell’s latest video on this subject, a piece that captivated my attention and inspired me to share some thoughts of my own on these ancient disciplines. Prince, a good friend and the creator of the best Bruce Lee channel on YouTube has outdone himself with this video, arguably his best to date.

How I Use The Balzepods
