Balance of Tai Chi Eases The Body

The gentle, flowing movements are like water, soft yet powerful.

We learn to relax with the cycle of yin and yang in the body, improving the qi (chi) energy flow promoting the circulation of fluids in the body like, blood and lymph, helping to eliminate toxins and improve overall health and well being.

Moving Meditation

As the body relaxes, the breathing becomes smoother, concentration improves and the mind becomes calm.
